Professional Questions
What unique skills or expertise do you bring to the table that benefit the DCI team?
With a background in developing cross-sector partnerships, from municipality and fleet operators to utility companies, I excel at building stages that move infrastructure projects forward. My analytical mindset also helps in identifying new opportunities and tailoring solutions that align with both environmental goals and real-world operations.
What drew you to this field, and how did you get started?
I was drawn to this field because of its intersection with sustainability, technology, and public impact. My interest started with working on a transportation electrification project in Dubai. The more I saw how clean transportation could improve air quality and reduce costs, the more committed I became to this mission.
What is your favorite aspect of our company culture?
My favorite part of DCI's culture is how solution-oriented and collaborative our team is. During a recent statewide roadshow, everyone -from leadership to interns- pitched in to make it successful. We move fast, we help one another, and we all stay focused on making an impact, not just checking boxes.
What does DCI's mission mean to you?
To me, the mission represents more than clean transportation and energy solutions. DCI's mission puts people first and invests in their futures. Being part of DCI means I get to be part of the solution in helping others, improving lives, and developing long-term projects.
