----JULY 2025 EDITION----

Hello fellow Alamo Ranch Neighbors,

June was quite the eventful month! The summer bash was the usual good time with the Big Time Bubble party, even though the weather was crazy we still had a great time. Thank you to all who attended, the volunteers who made it happen, and the sponsors who helped us keep the costs down and build connections with our community.

Our new splash pad is now open! We've gotten lots of great feedback about it. There are a couple of features that need some tweaks because of pressure being too high or too low, but the kids seem to be enjoying it.

The next big project is the playground replacement. Bids were gathered in the spring and voted and approved at the May board meeting. They may start demo late July or early August, but be on the lookout for communication from the office about playground updates.

We've gotten an unusual amount of rain this summer. Yards are looking greener but also longer. Please keep an eye on your yards. The compliance officer is pretty lenient, but some yards are waist-high. The fewer violations that go out, the less money our dues go toward postage to send them.

We don't have a lot of events in July, but if you have an idea for a club you'd like to start or an event you'd like to help with, please send me an email.

As always, if you have any questions/comments, please feel free to email me.
