We’ve just released two infographics that summarize findings from hundreds of local leaders into a digestible, shareable format.

1. Supporting historically excluded leaders in Minnesota's nonprofit sector: Highlights suggestions from over 280 Minnesota nonprofit leaders on how the nonprofit sector can better support historically excluded leaders.

1. Why Do People Become Government Leaders?: Highlights responses from over 450 government officials on key factors that led them to become leaders. 

The Latest Data on Minnesotans with Disabilities

This month marks 36 years since the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law. Make sure you’re in the know about the over 700,000 Minnesotans with a disability. Take 10 minutes to check out our updated Compass article with fast facts about the disability community in our state.
