Option 1: Open the link in a private browsing window
- Click the 3 dots (menu icon) at the top right of your browser
- Select "New InPrivate window" (Microsoft Edge) or "New Incognito window" (Google Chrome)
- Copy and paste the registration link into the address bar
Option 2: Clear your browser cache
- Click the 3 dots (menu icon) at the top right of your browser
- Select "Delete browsing data"
- Ensure all options are selected
- Click "Clear Now" (Microsoft Edge) or "Delete Data" (Google Chrome)
- Copy and paste the registration link into the address bar
Still having trouble? Try accessing the registration link from a personal device, or email us at DOT-LocalAID.ResourceCenter@dot.nj.gov and we'll register you manually. Thank you for your patience!
