JHJC Building

Renovations Update

July 1, 2026 - In June, we continued making excellent progress as the project moved into the finish phase. All flooring, including wood, tile, and laminate, was installed throughout the building. Drywall was finished, textured, and primed, transforming the space and allowing the final finishes to take shape. The team also began installing interior trim, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and kitchen cabinetry.

Over the coming weeks, the construction team will focus on completing the remaining finish work as we wrap up the project. This includes grouting and finishing the tile flooring, completing trim installation, final painting, and finishing the installation of lighting, plumbing, and security fixtures. We will also be installing countertops, all remaining cabinetry, and acoustical wall panels. Outside, we'll be working on final site grading and hardscape work.
