"Being a mentor has been a most rewarding experience. It has provided me an opportunity to leverage my experience and contacts to benefit someone else. I remember how challenging it was when I made the transition from a graduate student to a working professional and how I relied on my mentor to share experiences, open doors and make professional introductions. When I met Nazanin through the IAWF Mentorship Program, I thought I would be helping her. As it turns out, I am the one to benefit from the association and friendship. Mentoring her and witnessing her development and successes over the past year has been wonderfully fulfilling.
