Director's Corner

What an incredible blessing it is to begin each day at the Crisis Pregnancy Center with hearts full of gratitude to our Lord. Before the doors open, our staff gathers to seek His presence—lifting up our clients, ministry partners, volunteers, churches, and our community in prayer. That sacred time with the Lord sets the tone for everything we do and reminds us that this ministry belongs to Him.

Our prayer is that every woman and family who walks through our doors immediately experiences the peace, love, and compassion of Christ. Many of our clients arrive carrying fear, uncertainty, and overwhelming circumstances. From the moment they are greeted with a warm smile by our receptionist to the caring conversation they have with one of our advocates, we want them to know they are seen, valued, and deeply loved. We listen without condemnation, speak truth with grace, and offer the hope that can only be found in Jesus Christ.

God has blessed us with an extraordinary team of faithful staff and volunteers who are wholeheartedly committed to protecting the unborn, serving families, and sharing the Gospel. Their compassion and dedication make an eternal difference every single day.

So far this year, 90 individuals have placed their faith in Jesus Christ and been born again. We also rejoice that 18 babies have been saved from abortion. Every one of those lives is a testimony to God's faithfulness and a reminder that He is still changing hearts and writing stories of hope.

While we celebrate these victories, our hearts remain burdened for the many mothers and babies we have not yet reached. Will you join us in praying that God would bring every abortion-minded woman to our doors before she makes a final decision? Pray that He would continue to give us wisdom, discernment, courage, and unwavering faith as we serve on the front lines of this mission.

Together, we can be the hands and feet of Christ, offering hope where there is despair, life where there is uncertainty, and the life-changing message of the Gospel to those who need it most. Thank you for standing with us in prayer, in support, and in this sacred calling. To God alone be the glory for every life saved, every heart transformed, and every soul reached for His Kingdom.

In His Service,

Desirée Miller

Lives Changed

YOU are the hands and feet of Jesus

Danira has been a client at CPC for almost a year and a half. As a single mom of 3 children, she is incredibly thankful for the resources available to moms and babies. When asked about her experience at CPC and what has meant most to her, she shared a little about the community built here on love and prayer. “Colleen and so many of the ladies here have been great. I can talk to them. I can vent and tell them what is going on in my life and I know they will pray for me and with me.” She shared that many of her prayers are being answered. “Colleen prayed with me last time about housing and we move to our new home next week. Even today, prayers are being answered because [CPC] can help me with some furniture for my new house. There are a lot of women out there who need the help. It’s amazing what is done here. I hope it can continue to grow”

Henry Davis

Henry is a dedicated student volunteer for CPC. He attends Highland School of Technology and is a rising senior. He plays sports, is active in his youth group and currently works a summer internship. During his weekly volunteer visits, he goes above and beyond. Henry has helped with our Baby Bottle Blessings, prepared the mailers for the monthly Partners newsletter, completed intake/processing for So Much More donations, and even did yardwork outside our main office. Over the last few years, he organized two baby item donation drives at two different Gaston County High Schools. Henry has a true servant's heart and we appreciate all of the energy he pours into CPC.

Thank You

A huge THANK YOU to the Exodus Church youth group. Their student volunteers helped with multiple projects around CPC. They sorted money for the Baby Bottle Blessings, cleaned and stored baby bottles for next year and worked on intake/processing for some So Much More donations. We appreciate you!
