Donors contribute to Valley Children’s in many meaningful ways, supporting patient care, funding vital services and helping create spaces that bring comfort, inspiration and hope to children and families during their hospital journey.

One such gift can be found just outside the Nephrology Clinic, where a captivating piece by artist Tomas reflects a cherished part of our community’s history. The artwork was commissioned by Scorch and Trica Coffman, whose beloved “Magic Moments” hot air balloon brought joy to children and families throughout the San Joaquin Valley and frequently visited Valley Children’s Hospital. Today, the piece stands as a lasting symbol of connection, wonder and uplifting spirit.

We are incredibly grateful to Paleyne Coffman Peralez and Leroy B. Coffman III for their generosity in preserving this meaningful artwork. Their support ensures it continues to inspire and comfort the patients and families we serve every day.

We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible generosity and unwavering support of CSP Corcoran! Through their annual Cancer Walk, they achieved a remarkable milestone, raising more than $15,000 for Valley Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center.
