Can you Help?
We Need Your Help
Thank you to those that have signed up to be liturgists for our weekly Online Worship Experience. We are so grateful and we have liturgists until the end of August!

We Need Additional Help with brief videos of windchimes and passing of the peace. Having you participate ensures that we have a warm, member inclusive worship we can all share.

How Can You Help? Use your phone to take a brief video of...
  • Passing of the Peace: simply film yourself saying "peace be with you"
  • Windchimes: Do you have a set of windchimes? You can just take a video of the chimes being rung and then step out of the picture. You can continue to film and just let the chimes continue for as long as possible before turning off the camera.
That's It! Less than 20 seconds of video needed and you would add so much to our Worship Experience. Any questions? Just email Barbara or Jeff using the links below.
Please note that our recordings are due on Tuesdays before the coming weekend.
To submit a video or if you have any questions, please contact:
  Barbara Babbitt  at  or

With Thanks...
The attached letter of gratitude and thanks is from the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights for which we collected $540 from our members who donated so generously in support of our Easter Missions.

The scriptures and prayers that are being shared this week for you and your communities are below:

The fruit of prayer is a deeper desire to be compassionate.
It’s best to start small. Give a cool cup of water to someone who is thirsty, for instance. The smallest act of giving or receiving makes you a true apprentice. You won’t lose out on a thing.
                                  Matthew 10:42 (The Message Translation)
Bless us with opportunities to do small things with great love. Open our eyes to the people who need a cool cup of water, and a gift of compassion. Amen.

As the Deer Psalm 42
As the deer pants for the water
So my soul longs after You
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship You (You alone)

You alone are my strength, my shield
To You alone may my spirit yield
You alone are my heart's desire
And I long to worship You
