  • Property tax relief for small businesses! While home prices have skyrocketed during the pandemic, many small businesses and retail property owners have struggled to hang-on. Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Los Angeles County Assessor's Office is reviewing small businesses and other commercial properties to determine if they are entitled to property tax relief.
  • If you think your property lost value because of the pandemic-induced recession, you may be eligible for a decline-in-value review of your property’s assessment.
  • Learn more at assessor.lacounty.gov.
All nominations must be submitted no later than July 30, 2021
The City of Los Angeles is excited to announce the launch of the regional marketplace for public and private contracting opportunities coming this Fall! We invite you to partner with the Mayor's office to spread the word and get businesses registered that traditionally have not done business with the City of Los Angeles or other public agencies.

The City of LA has partnered with our business community to create a space for both public and private entities to post their opportunities in one convenient location. This upcoming decade represents hundreds of billions of dollars worth of events, projects, and infrastructure investments coming to the Los Angeles region. To prepare for this influx of economic activity, we are transforming the Los Angeles Business Assistance Virtual Network (LABAVN- the City’s current solicitation portal) into a Regional Marketplace. This exciting platform will provide unprecedented access to a wide array of opportunities
and resources from both the public and private sectors.
