TO ALL COACHES OF TEAMS ENTERED IN THE VOLLEYBALL CAMP AT BRANSON JULY 28-30
WE MAY ADD TEAMS BETWEEN NOW AND THE START OF CAMP
SCHEDULES WILL BE POSTED ONLINE FOUR DAYS BEFORE CAMP
Attached are:
1. The check in schedule and coaches’ packets.
2. Also attached are a 1) the composites on the teams entered in this camp 2) Branson Inclusive Instructions and 3) motel assignments
3. All-check in will be in the lobby of Branson Rec Plex. All playing site addresses are in the attached coach's packet.
4. When schedules are posted, if you have a question about your schedule call Jim Pritchett at 573-578-7050. For all other questions camp call Dave Almany at 636-232-4688. For questions on the motels of the inclusive coupons, call Shawna Almany at 636-866-8824.
5. BE PREPARED TO PERIODICALLY BEFORE CAMP AND DURING CAMP TO CHECK THE WEB SITE FOR ANY SCHEDULING UPDATES. THE SCHEDULE ONLINE IS THE CURRENT ONE. BE SURE AND REFRESH YOUR BROWSER.
6. Review the enclosed check in sheet to make sure the number of teams we show listed for your school is correct.
7. Times for check-in will be added when the schedules are posted online. The check in list is made to reduce the time you will need to get checked in by spreading out the process. You do not have to check in before you play your first match.
