Dr. Reaser brings expertise in biology and psychology together to address the human dimensions of conservation and sustainable development. For the last 25 years, she has worked around the world as a senior advisor to government officials, UN agencies, and corporate executives, envisioning and empowering cutting-edge solutions to seemingly intractable problems and raising the capacity of other science-policy experts to lead highly transformative processes. At this time, her work is largely focused at the interface of collective human trauma and Earth systems change. She has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed scientific and policy publications across multiple disciplines. For her contributions, Dr. Reaser has received numerous awards and professional appointments, including a Superior Honor Award from the U.S. Department of State and science advisory appointments from the U.S. Executive Office of the President. She is also an award-winning literary writer and artist.
