Constellation Resources Reports June 2025 Quarter, Advances Natural Hydrogen Projects in Western Australia

Constellation’s total natural hydrogen (“NatH2”) project area is a sizeable 87,602km2 via nine Special Prospecting Authorities with an Acreage Option (“SPA-AO”) over the Edmund-Collier, Yerrida and Ashburton Basins. The Goldfields Gas Pipeline intersects the SPA-AOs and is near several major consumers, including iron ore mines that are investigating pathways for onsite green steel production.

Andalusia-Japan Pact Aims to Expand Green Hydrogen Cooperation and Funding

The deal underscores Japan’s growing interest in Andalusia’s hydrogen expertise and includes JETRO’s confirmed participation in major hydrogen conferences in Huelva and Seville in March 2026.

Air Liquide makes final investment decision to launch 200-MW electrolyzer in the Netherlands

Air Liquide S.A. (Paris) is taking a major step forward in its European decarbonization efforts with the final investment decision to launch the construction of ELYgator, a 200 MW electrolyzer project in Maasvlakte, in the Port of Rotterdam.
This pivotal decision follows crucial support from the Dutch government through the OWE subsidy scheme, complementing prior support from the European Innovation Fund and the Dutch IPCEI program. Both this continued support as well as the refined regulatory framework were key to the project’s advancement.

EU to subsidise non-RFNBO hydrogen in €1.1bn European Hydrogen Bank auction

The European Commission plans to subsidise clean hydrogen that does not comply with its strict renewable fuels of non-biological origin (RFNBO) rules in its third €1.1bn ($1.26bn) European Hydrogen Bank (EHB) auction.
Under the draft terms and conditions for the Innovation Fund auction, eligibility has been expanded to include RFNBO and electrolytic hydrogen that does not exclusively use renewable power.
