Amir Mohareb is an Infectious Diseases physician at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has devoted his research fellowship working in the Medical Practice Evaluation Center studying hepatitis B. Under the supervision of Drs. Emily Hyle, Kenneth Freedberg, and Arthur Kim, he has used epidemiology and simulation modeling to investigate questions related to HIV and hepatitis B coinfection and hepatitis B monoinfection.
