Community Update
Quail Creek Country Club POA
Hello Quail Creek Residents,
Yesterday and this past weekend I have received a few emails regarding the passing of a Quail Creek resident. These emails were sent by concerned homeowners, not from a family member. We would be remiss to report the concerns of individuals who report that the cause is coronavirus as fact, when the cause has not been verified. Yes, the virus is here in Quail Creek, so please follow all guidelines to help this community stay as safe and healthy as possible.

I would like to remind residents that the Association has provided hand sanitizing stations at buildings and hand washing stations at courts and the dog park. We hope that you are using these tools to help prevent the spread of the virus.

The staff is working hard on a daily basis to regularly sanitize all facilities, especially those where numerous people are visiting as well as high touch areas. With that in mind, all residents are reminded that if a staff member approaches a facility, sports court, etc., to sanitize, you are asked to yield to that process.

Please assist us by wearing a mask when on common areas and cleaning your hands by using the hand washing or sanitizing stations. We need to work together, even though we must do this apart.

In addition to efforts the POA is making, everyone has a personal responsibility to do whatever possible to slow and stop the spread of COVID-19. While currently-operating amenities remain open at this time, residents who continue to use fitness center, pools, sports courts, golf courses, etc., do so at their own risk.

Thank you all for remembering that it is very important to take responsibility for your own health and well-being. We must be diligent in practicing social distancing and ensuring we are not gathering.

Masks at Sports Courts
We recently received several requests to clarify mask usage requirements at sports courts. As you approach any sports courts facility, you must have a mask at all times, and when you are within at least six feet from any other person. The only EXCEPTION is when you are in the actual act of PLAYING the game. When you come off the court, the mask needs to go back on immediately. Not only is this a government mandate, it is a Quail Creek rule. Wearing a mask is something you can do to help protect yourself and others from spreading COVID-19.

Quail Crossing Blvd
As you enter Quail Creek, past Patrol, you may have noticed the cones in the left lane. Staff is getting proposals to repair the grates. The repair is not simple and will take time. We appreciate your patience while we investigate the best options for repair.

Madera Clubhouse
The renovation continues at the Clubhouse. New toilets have been installed and are higher than before. Soon they will be installing stalls and countertops. A new entry will also be installed. Floors in the corridors are being cleaned this week. There’s still lots to do. Construction will hopefully be completed by August 15. We’ll continue to keep you posted regarding the progress of the renovation.

On behalf of our entire management team, we are very grateful for the cooperation of our Quail Creek residents.
Best Regards,

David Jones, Quail Creek General Manager
