McLaren Northern Michigan
Update - July 9, 2020
VISITORS & PATIENTS
REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK

Over the past few weeks, we have seen an increase in patients and visitors choosing to remove their mask while in the patient's room.

Any individual could be a potential COVID-19 carrier, even without showing symptoms. Wearing a mask is a great defense in the potential spread of this virus. This is why we require visitors and patients to wear a mask at all times when in our health care facilities.

Please know that this rule is to protect you and others who are in the hospital. Those who are not compliant will be asked to put their mask back on. If a visitor refuses to wear a mask, we will be asking them to leave.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we continue to provide safe, high-quality care to our patients and community.
