There are staff members and students working hard to keep the grounds beautiful and clean. We have recently hosted three district conventions and have music and athletic camps through August. YOU are always welcome! Bring your spouse, your children, your parents, your grandparents, your neighbors...well, you get the idea. A warm "welcome back" awaits you!

Summer Time Fun: Alumni and Friends Invited to Baseball Events
West Michigan Whitecaps, July 25, RSVP by July 13
Fort Wayne TinCaps, August 30

Get ready for some summer fun at two baseball events!  Alumni and their family and friends are invited. Both n ights are joint alumni and friends events with our sister campus in Wisconsin.  The Whitecaps game will be held at the Fifth Third Ballpark in Comstock Park, Michigan. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children. There will be an all-you-can-eat barbecue and exclusive seating for Concordia fans.  Click here to register.   The TinCaps event includes an all-you-can-eat buffet, the game, and fireworks after the game. Join Us For a Celebration of Christian Education in St. Louis
August 8

Alumni, parents, and friends of CUAA are invited for a celebration of Christian education August 8, from  6 to 8 p.m. at the Boathouse at Forest Park. Y ou will hear updates about Concordia, celebrate the service of the St. Louis Center,  and enjoy the fellowship of other Concordians. H ors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be provided. Attention All MDs, DOs, PAs and NPs! We Need You 
CUAA is starting a physician assistant program with student matriculation to start in Aug 2019. We are actively seeking MDs, DOs, PAs, and NPs to become preceptors for Michigan's only Christian-based PA program. If  you know a medical professional who is passionate about teaching and interested in supporting Christian-based students by taking our PA students on clinical training rotations, please have them contact Christine McGee, program director at 734-995-7437 or for more information. We are in the process of identifying prospective clinical training sites as part of our application process due this summer. 

CUAA breaks ground on Thunder Sports Complex

Construction is underway on the Thunder Sports Complex, CUAA's new competition-grade track and turf field project featuring a nine-lane competition track, designated areas for field even ts, a pro turf field, spectator seating, a nice exterior fence and landscaping. This is quite  a milestone for our campaign "A Heart for Concordia." The $2 million project is funded by generous donors. Save the Date For A Free Christian Music Concert
August 25

You and your families are invited to see musical artist Mark Schultz in concert on August 25 at Ward Church in Livonia, Michigan. The event, sponsored by Thrivent Community, Livonia, is free...sort of. Admission is a full-size hygiene item that will be donated to one of Thrivent's charities, including Missionary Family Goods to Go, Gifts for All God's Children, Seedlings, Operation Injured Soldiers, Methodist Children's Home Society, Concordia University Ann Arbor, Redford Interfaith Food Bank, and others. LCMS District Conventions a Success on CUAA Campus

CUAA was honored to recently host three LCMS district conventions on campus: English, Michigan, and Ohio. Business was conducted, and there was time for worship and fellowship as well. Study the Power of Parables in Campus Bible Study

All-campus Summer Bible Study is back! Alumni are invited to join students, staff, faculty, friends. It takes place each Wednesday through the end of July from noon until 1 p.m. inside of the Manor Tent on campus. Hope you can make it if you are free. Free lunch is included!
