January Community Development Summit in the Works Punta Gorda City Council has approved TEAM Punta Gorda’s Community Development Summit Proposal. The City and TEAM Punta Gorda will cosponsor this event, and other community groups will be invited to participate in the planning. The free event will be held at the Charlotte County Event Center on January 7, 2019. TEAM CEO Nancy Johnson explains, “The goal is to create a better-informed public in preparation for development of the new Citywide Master Plan. At the Summit, the community can examine best practices from other communities. It is an exciting step forward in the process.”   Learn More

Hart Home Dedication July 20 was a beautiful day on many levels for Rachel Hart and her family--17-year-old-son, Xaviahn; 3-year-old daughter, Azaria; and, 53-year-old mother, Veronica.
