DIRECTV and Viasat held their roadshow in Little Rock, AK recently. The morning session focused on new DIRECTV and Viasat products and services, marketing opportunities and ways to better engage customers and also how to drive sales.
Viasat and SBCA partnered to teach the afternoon session which focused on installation and ensuring a quality customer experience and was attended by over 30 retailers.
Additional roadshows are scheduled for Charlotte and Sacramento with plans for many more throughout the rest of 2022 and in the future.
