Jordan Spieth Family Foundation Donates $250,000 to Junior Putting Green

The Cobbs Creek Foundation announced a grant award from the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation to construct a junior putting green on the revitalized Cobbs Creek Campus.

The $250,000 grant will provide all funding for a 20,000 square-foot Jordan Spieth Family Foundation Junior Putting Green for young players to be introduced to the game of golf.

“We thank the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation for generously supporting our mission to provide a world-class public golf experience that will proudly welcome players of all ages,” said Jeff Shanahan, President of the Cobbs Creek Foundation.

In celebration of National PA Day, Cobbs Creek Foundation is organizing a Collaborative Community Clean Up event on Saturday, July 20th 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM at Morris Park.

TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia Summer Camps

As construction of the TGR Learning Lab progresses, local students are already sampling programs that will be offered. In addition to community events, this summer the team continues to engage youth through STEAM camps, field trips and its first College Bound Academy to help aspiring college grads prepare for the path to college and future careers. TGR Learning Lab Under Construction

Check out what is happening on the grounds of our Cobbs Creek Campus! The TGR Learning Lab, set to open in early 2025, will be the first building to open on campus followed by a two-story driving building and short course by TGR Design. As we progress on this incredible project, the Cobbs Creek Foundation is grateful for partners like Troon and the TGR Learning Lab Philadelphia. Stay tuned for all that is to come!
