$60 Unlimited Classes a month
$40 a month for 2x a week
$20 a month for 1x a week
Class Schedule:  

Core & More – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am

Pilates – Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:15am

Yoga – Tuesdays at 9:15am

Zumba and Water Aerobics

  Classes are neither refundable nor prorated due to absence.

Classes may be cancelled at the discretion of management anytime during the year.

Core & More – Total Body Workout 

Pilates - Develop core strength and stability, tone and sculpt. 

Yoga - Gain strength, flexibility and balance, improve your well-being, maybe even improve your sport performance! 

Zumba - Latin and International Music & Dance Movements creates an exciting fitness party.  Zumba combines fast and slow rhythms providing you with a balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits.

Water Aerobics - Low impact workout
Walk-Ins Welcome
Once classes begin, walk-ins are welcome at the desired class time.
  A $10 fee for each walk-in will be charged to the Member's account with the exception of a family guest who is joining a participating Member. Each family guest of the participating Member may join at a discounted $5 fee.
