Summer Exploration Club is here! Children 2 years old through 12th grade and adults are invited to log their reading hours/books to earn prizes and attend our weekly events! Participants may begin logging reading hours/books June 1st. Final prizes will be awarded at the finale on July 15th!
All logged hours must be turned in by July 14th, no later than 11:00 PM.

Newton County Public Library has partnered with 1000 Books Foundation to offer 1000 Books before Kindergarten (1000BooksB4K) for children in our communities. The objectives of 1000 Books Foundation are simple – promote reading to newborns, infants and toddlers, and encourage parent and child bonding through reading.
Lake Village, Morocco and Roselawn Libraries have information sheets, log sheets & bookmarks for parents interested in the program.
