COVID-19 KCHC COMMUNITY UPDATE
KCHC continues to receive high volumes of calls to our mobile unit telephone line. We are doing everything we can to return calls in a timely manner and thank you for your continued patience.
WHAT SHOULD I HAVE WHEN I ARRIVE FOR COVID-19 TESTING?
We ask that you bring the following information with you when you come for your COVID-19 test:

  • A state photo ID, Driver's License, Passport, or Permanent Resident Card.
  • If you have health insurance; you must present your insurance ID card.

If you do not have health insurance, we will use the identification information you provide to register you for the HRSA uninsured program to cover your COVID-19 testing costs.

You will not be required to pay a copay, deductible or coinsurance for this COVD-19 visit and testing.
BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Your KCHC Medical Provider can provide a referral to our behavioral health team to help you receive the best care. We can provide help and education for management of conditions including insomnia, stress, chronic pain, obesity and more.

KCHC provides:
  • Mental health assessments
  • Treatment for some mental illnesses and substance use disorders
  • Case management and referral services for housing, food or medication management if necessary
