A Professional Engineers Day Unlike Any Other!
Next month's celebration of Professional Engineers Day, August 3, marks the seventh annual PE Day. But this year's event offers the unprecedented opportunity to celebrate with PE peers from across the country-- live and in person!

This year, the Professional Engineers Conference, August 1-3 in Philadelphia, will be held in conjunction with the annual holiday, and features a PE Day Celebration Luncheon. There's no better place to celebrate!

Wherever you plan to be, NSPE wants to help you make the most out of a day that's all about you and your profession. Maybe you’re planning a big party in your office, attending a local “beers with engineers” happy hour, or sharing your PE pride online. There are so many ways to join NSPE as they celebrate the work of PEs around the world.

Be a part of the Professional Engineers Day event on TwitterFacebook or Instagram!

Proposed NJ Design Build Regulations
Available for Comments
In the Spring of 2021 Governor Murphy signed the “Design Build” law. This is the contracting unit awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that demonstrates the ability to complete the project specified in the design provided in the bid specifications.

By contrast, in a design-build project, the contracting unit solicits design proposals from prospective contractors that work in tandem with design professionals and other members of the contractor's design-build team.

On May 27.2022, Lieutenant Governor Sheila Y. Oliver, Commissioner of the Division of Community Affairs submitted specially adopted and concurrently proposed new rules to the Design Build law. Please click here to review the latest regulations, please submit written comments on the notice of proposal by September 3, 2022, through email to dlgs@dca.nj.gov or by regular mail to:
