100 Classes a Week Coming July 8!
Second group studio opening
Starting July 8, Old Town Hot Springs will have classes in both the new and old group-exercise rooms. We're calling the new room Studio A and the old room Studio B. This is in addition to the separate spin room, functional training room and pools. Among the new classes include Yoga Sculpt, Beginner Yoga, Yoga Dance Fusion, Pound Pilates, Muay Thai, Essentrics, MetCon45, HIIT Spin, Dynamic Movement, Wednesday morning BODYPUMP, Sufferfest, functional training classes, an additional senior-focused class called Light & Easy and more.
New Cardio Area Open
With more equipment!
If you haven't seen, we've opened up the newly renovated "old area" of the fitness center which now holds all of our cardio equipment and machines. We've added more treadmills, ellipticals, stair mills, SkiErgs a Jacobs Ladder and more. Comcast cable for the TVs will be coming soon!
Summer Membership Sale

The short-term summer membership will only be available for a few more weeks. The last day to purchase this membership will be Sunday, July 14. Get in on this three month option before it's gone.
Downstairs Locker Rooms Complete!
With free lockers
The downstairs locker rooms are now complete! In addition to having the members locker rooms once again reserved only for members, the downstairs locker rooms provide an option for those looking to lock up items without a lock or be closer to the pools. Instructions on how to use the free lockers are located on the inside of the lockers.
Climbing Wall
Orientation and top rope belay courses
The climbing wall at Old Town Hot Springs is now open, and it's included with the cost of your membership! The wall is open week days from approximately 11 am - 8 pm and weekends from 12-8 pm this summer. We will be holding climbing orientation and top rope belay courses for ages 8+ Wednesdays and Fridays, July 10-31. The cost is $10 for members and $25 for guests. Limited spots available.

Drop In Paddle Board Classes
Mondays and Wednesdays
Join us for drop-in paddle board fitness classes at Old Town Hot Springs, July 8-31, Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-1 pm. Our paddle board fitness classes are designed to strengthen your core and balance, but also introduce paddle board specific skills that can translate to becoming a better paddle boarder, whether on flat water or whitewater. These classes are held in partnership with  Paddleboard Adventure Company .
Back To The Pool With David Franzel
Saturdays through September 21 from 9-10 am
Back to the Pool is a swimming program at Old Town Hot Springs that encourages swimmers of all ages to come back and enjoy the pool. Locals and visitors alike attend each Saturday from 9-10 am to work with USA Swimming Coach, David Franzel to develop a program tailored to the individual needs and desires of each swimmer.
Kid's Summer Programming
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
Old Town Hot Springs Childcare is offering special Summer Programming this July designed specifically for kids entering grades 1-5. Kids will enjoy 2 hours with their friends as they explore the OTHS grounds and participate in programs created to stir the imagination.
Free SportsMed Injury Screenings for Members

Please note that annual lockers and memberships do not currently auto-renew beyond the completed year you have agreed to. We send out an expiring email during your final month, however if you've ever unsubscribed from our emails, have an overactive spam filter or do not check your emails often you may miss this information. We will try our best to keep you informed of these expiration dates, but please stop by the front desk if you have any questions or need to renew.
