Our Farm to School Institute with Vermont FEED gathered educators, school nutrition staff, administrators, farmers, and regional organizations to
create and strengthen whole-school, Farm to School programs in their communities
across the Northeast — and beyond.

Introducing Our New Cheese: Beer Cheddar
|
We've collaborated with Fiddlehead Brewing Co. to create a a beer-infused cheddar! We soaked the curds in their flagship IPA during the cheesemaking process, and this limited, initial batch is ready. Find it at our Welcome Center, with stock reserved for Saturday, July 21.
