A Chat with Congressman Jim McGovern & Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley
Community Servings’ CEO David Waters recently spoke with Congressman Jim McGovern , Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley , and East Boston Neighborhood Health Center CEO Manny Lopes , about food is medicine, how important it is for all communities to have access to affordable, nutritious food, and whether improved access to medically tailored meals could revolutionize healthcare in America.

The chat also covered  The Medically Tailored Home-Delivered Meal Demonstration Pilot Act of 2020 , which Representative McGovern recently introduced in the House.
Every Thursday at noon, one of a Community Servings’ Registered Dietitian Nutritionists broadcasts live from our Learning Kitchen to present a nutrition education lesson and cooking demonstration featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients.

In addition to leaving you with tips for healthy eating, our professionals take you through all the steps to make a delicious meal to enjoy at home.

We stream every class via Facebook Live, so all you need to do is go to our  Facebook page  and tune-in! Previous Learning Kitchen Live segments can also be found on YouTube to view at your convenience.
