RETHINK HEALTHY

Summer Hydration

July is a perfect time to discover the best ways to stay hydrated. One of the first symptoms of dehydration is fatigue. There are so many other things in life that can wear us out, don’t let dehydration be one of them.

The average person does not consume enough fluid to stay properly hydrated. Add in a dry climate, elevation, and highly active lifestyle -- staying hydrated in the Tahoe area is even more challenging. All the more reason to stay on top of your hydration game!
