Mask Update
Good job BC, welcome to phase 3!
As masking indoors remains a recommendation and many of the JOY team/clients have not yet received their 2nd vaccination, we will still be requiring masks to be worn in the salon until BC enters re-opening phase 4 in September.
Please don't forget to bring your masks to your hair appointment.

Cancellation Policy
Just a gentle reminder that we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.
Please remember we have reserved that time especially for you and "no shows" and late cancellations will result in a service charge and/or the loss of the opportunity to book future appointments with us. Thank You in advance for extending this courtesy to your stylist and other clients who may be on a waiting list.

Should you become ill, have any symptoms of Covid 19, are living with someone who is ill or in quarantine or have recently returned from travel out of the Country... please reschedule your hair appointment.
