Coptic Binding

Need a refresher in Coptic binding? A chance to practice what you already know? This workshop will focus on the basic structure of a Coptic-bound book. In this workshop we'll produce two Coptic-bound books.... Learn more and register.
Fishbone Fold Structures
Sunday, July 19, 10:00 to 4:00pm
Instructor: Connie Stricks Members: $60 Non-members $66 (plus $5 materials fee)
Join this workshop to create the "Fishbone Fold Book," a sculptural structure attributed to master book artist Hedi Kyle. Constructed from a single sheet of paper that is scored, slit and folded, the versatile fishbone structure can be made simply as a single unit, or it can be made more complex by compounding the units.
