From The Editors July 12th, 2022

In this edition of British Columbia Golf's newsletter we bring you a preview of the BC Amateur Championship, taking place this year at Christina Lake GC in BC's Interior.

We also have the latest version of Brad Ziemer's BC Golf notes. Brad leads off this week's notes with a look at Adam Svensson's best finish to date in a PGA TOUR event as the Surrey native finished solo 6th at the Barbasol Championship.

And, with this being the week of the 150th Open Championship taking place at the home of golf in St. Andrews, Scotland, Inside Golf Publisher Jeff Sutherland takes a look at some of the special history from Opens held at the Old Course and why the storied layout lends itself to a 'love/hate' relationship with many players, including some of the greatest of all time.
