Yoga-Well-Being's Anniversary
Anniversary Specials
This month Yoga-Well-Being celebrates its anniversary! We want to thank you all for your support over the years.

We want to continue to offer the kinds of classes and community that make YWB unique and to expand on those offerings. However, to do that we need your continued support. To that end, we are offering two special deals during the month of July:

  • One Year Unlimited Class: now just $750! That's the equivalent of just $62.50 per month (regularly $90), plus you'll be eligible for all the Sustaining Member rewards.
  • 25 Class Pack: $225 (regularly $250). That's just $9 per class, and the class pack doesn't expire for a full year.
We'd also encourage anyone who hasn't already done so to consider becoming a Sustaining Member , our automatic monthly payment plan. Get an unlimited pass each month for just $67.50 (25% off the regular $90 rate).

  • Choose to be charged on the 1st or the 15th of the month
  • Contract runs for one year
  • Option to cancel with 30 days notice after completion of six months

BONUS : Sustaining Members receive a loyalty reward each month.
July Anniversary Reward: Bring one friend or relative for free each week.
Support Yoga-Well-Being on Patreon
We know many of you enjoy reading the thoughts sipra shares in our newsletter, including people who can't make it to the studio for one reason or another. If this content is valuable for you and you'd like a way to support the studio, we're happy to announce our new Patreon account. Patreon makes it easy to support creators with recurring payments of your choice – as little as $1 a month.

This is an experiment and a work in progress. We'll be sharing sipra's newsletter articles and wellness tips, and perhaps some new videos. We also hope to restart sipra's series of commentaries on the Yoga Sutras. Let us know what kinds of content you'd like to see.

Supporting YWB on Patreon is entirely optional but very much appreciated.
Schedule Changes and Survey
We have two schedule changes this July: the Tuesday meditation class and the Friday evening Zumba class have been discontinued.
We also have some potential classes we are considering for the future, and we would like your feedback.

  • Would you attend an early morning (6:00 AM) class on Tuesdays with Kris, for a Vinyasa class?
  • Would you be interested in a children's yoga class, and, if so, what would be a good day and time? Classes would be for children ages 5 to 7, and 8 to 11 years old. (4 class series)

Please email us if either of these possibilities are of interest.
Special Programs
Practical Meditation and Discussion
Join us for a meditation practice, where we discuss different approaches and tips for at home meditation. Discussion will be inspired by ongoing references to Jon Kabat-Zinn's book: “Wherever You Go, There You Are”. FREE, Donations welcome.
Foraging for Wild Edibles
Join sipra to learn about wild edibles at the Whetstone Park of Roses (3901 North High).

Many healthy foods are found in nature, that we often don't want in our backyard since they are considered to be weeds. Wild berries, greens, flowers and roots are delicious, nutritious and frequently medicinal. Come and enjoy a walk through the park and discover a few edible weeds and share your own expertise. Don't forget the bug repellent, plastic bags and a pair of snips.

We'll meet near the parking lot at the base of the shelter house in the picnic shelter. Cancel if bad weather. FREE, but a donation would be gratefully accepted. Please pre-register.
Our Space
Reminder: Our new location
If you haven't seen our new studio yet, please come and check it out! We are now located at 296 W. 4th Ave., on the third floor of Fourth Avenue Christian Church. Park in the Neil Ave. parking lot and enter by the small door off the parking lot set far back on the right. Lots of street parking is available as well.

Not only is it a beautiful yoga studio, but we rent the studio, classroom, meditation room and small rooms for various occasions. We also have two additional rooms available for sublet. Call us and visit us to find out more.
