Fuel taxes for 2nd quarter 2021 are due to the state by July 31st. Our office will need
your trip sheets or log books with fuel receipts for April 1st – June 30, 2021. Your
paperwork must be in our office by July 15th to avoid late penalties.
If fuel taxes are filed after July 31st,
the state will charge a $50 late penalty or 10% of what is owed, whichever amount is
greater. Keep in mind that an additional 1% of your total owed is applied to every month
your fuel taxes are late!
You may send your information via fax, email or mail. When sending your fuel tax
information through fax or email, please call us to confirm we did receive it.
If you have an IFTA account and did not run in 2nd quarter, we will still need a statement
from you to file a zero return to the states on your behalf. Our fuel tax processing fee is
$70 for the first truck/driver and $35 for each additional truck/driver per quarter. If the
documents submitted are not organized, there will be an additional $25 charge per
truck/driver. The processing fee for a zero return is $45.
