July News & Updates
We continue to move forward during this time of acceptance and adjustment. The studio has been open for 1 month and our students are happy to be practicing in the space again. Everyone is being so cooperative with wearing their masks, social distancing and pre-registering for classes. We are so grateful to be able to continue! Our continuing online classes are going just as well, those students really enjoy seeing the studio and familiar faces from afar.

We appreciate and love each one of you, thank you so much for your support and faithful attendance!

NEW CLASS ADDITION with Jackie Zeller
Mixed Level Flow
Thursdays at 6:30 pm
*Virtual Only* starting 7/2/20

Jackie Zeller is an Italian studies, gastronomy, and visual arts student based between Naples, Florida and the NY Hudson Valley. Jackie received a 200-hr yoga teaching certification in 2017 from Carla Olla at Love Yoga Center and has gone on to teach at Rhinebeck Yoga Center and to the Bard College student community. In asana classes that draw from traditional and contemporary sources of knowledge, Jackie seeks to inspire students to connect with their bodies to strengthen their question-asking skills and their ability to ‘listen’ to that which is not always audible. They identify as a student, first and foremost, and recognize that working as a teacher is just part of that on-going practice.
Tai Chi Returns to the Studio!
Hector Munoz will begin teaching Tai Chi again on Tuesday, July 14 at 11:00 am. There is space for 6 students to practice, so pre-registration on MindBody will be required especially with our social distancing guidelines in place. The class will be available in-studio only, not virtually.
Chi Yoga with
Sue Falkenstein

Wednesdays 4pm
*Virtual only*
A message to you from Sue: Chi Yoga is a flowing practice that is filled with both movements and stillness that empower, strengthen, enhance and maintain a vitality and energy that I describe as a “healing elixir”. The movements are simple yet powerful and the attention and intention you put into it will give you this intimate connection to your body. This will not only help you engage in a conversation with your body but help you on the path of being the best version of yourself. My teacher Lee said it best,” If you don’t take of your body, where will you live?” My invitation is to join me for an experience and see if this moving meditation journey will enliven and excite you to uncover new possibilities and exciting adventures on your yoga mat.
