President's Corner

If I can use one word to describe the first half of 2023 it would be “CHANGE.” Along with staff transitions, we completed a very robust computer conversion with our software partner, Disciple Data, Inc (DDI), as well as transitioned our IRA custodial services to better serve our investors. I want to take this opportunity to thank our investors and borrowers for their patience as we have worked through various challenges that accompany such changes. Our staff has done a phenomenal job learning new processes and procedures that will reap many benefits well into the future. The Loan Fund is now better positioned to serve our growing client base.

And speaking of change, we recently redesigned our web portal! This new portal will give you more convenient access to your investment or loan information. This is another example of how we want to provide you with the best technical and personal services. If there is any way that we can better serve you, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team! God bless,

Church Spotlights: Annual Loan Questionnaire

In Spring 2023, the Church Loan Fund conducted the Annual Loan Questionnaire, a survey sent to all our current borrowers surveying the last year (2022). According to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), we are required to audit all loans to ensure we have adequate loan loss reserves in the event of a loan default. While this questionnaire is required for us to stay in compliance with this new regulation, it also provides an amazing opportunity to see what God has done in our churches over the last year.

In this issue we wanted to take a minute and highlight some of these incredible testimonies shared with us through the Annual Loan Questionnaire. Below you will see some incredible numbers reported by our Churches!

Take a moment and thank God with us as we celebrate how He has moved in 2022!

9,375 IN AVERAGE ATTENDANCE | 1,202 BAPTIZED IN JESUS NAME

11,578 IN PEAK ATTENDANCE | 1,259 RECEIVED THE HOLY GHOST

Life Church International

“We saw a continual stream of new visitors and interest from the community. We were also able to lay the foundation for the launch of a daughter work in a neighboring town”.

 —Pastor Terry R Baughman

Manhattan Pentecostal Church

Manhattan, NY

“We are still recovering from the pandemic but we have seen growth. We have many new faces who came to us to be baptized in Jesus Name and have continued. We have continued to canvas the surrounding neighborhood and have seen growth in our spanish ministry also”.

Pastor Michael Grattan

International Christian Fellowship of Labelle

Labelle, FL

“Our greatest evangelist tool is our Christian School. We have seen our students and their parents baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost. Our visitors are usually affiliated or somehow connected with our Christian school. We would like to see an additional building built or provided so that we can continue to expand the growth of the school ministry”.

Pastor Sammy Co

The Pentecostal Church of San Bento

San Bento, TX

“God has been faithful to his people in 2022. We have had several testimonies on how God provided financially to those that have been faithful in their giving. We have had raise increases, promotions, cancer healings. God has been working tremendously in our church”.

Pastor J.C Milligan

The Pentecostals of Orange Park

Orange Park, FL

“God has continued to give us favor in our community. He has blessed us financially, and has allowed us to upgrade our buildings and add our final new roof. Most importantly He is adding to the Church! Our Spanish Ministry is growing. God is moving in very deep and special ways”.
