Looking to the Future of CYT KC

It's true! Change can be scary, but change can also be so good and allow us to grow! And that's what we're hoping with some changes to our
class structure this fall!
In addition to our traditional classes in all four areas, this fall we are introducing a
Workshop Series Track
for our 11 to 18 year-old students! Pay one price and take as many or as few workshops as you'd like, offering you variety and flexibility. As this is a pilot program, most of the workshops will be in our South & East areas, as well as in our CYT Studios. However, any student age 11-18 is welcome to participate in the Workshop Track.

At the center of every student is a space where our dreams, hopes and wishes reside: the heart. CYT Kansas City treasures diversity, and has always been about giving ALL students the opportunity to fill that space with something meaningful while sharing it with others.
Our HEART program (Helping to Encourage Awareness and Recognition in Theatre) is a full inclusion program that provides individuals with special needs the opportunity to participate in classes, shows and camps.
