 Maryland Business AI Benchmark

The State of Maryland invites you to participate in the Maryland Business AI Benchmark, a statewide effort to better understand how businesses are approaching artificial intelligence (AI).

Whether your organization is actively implementing AI or just beginning to explore its potential, your insights will help inform future state programs, workforce development strategies, business resources, and policy initiatives that support Maryland's business community.

The survey takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete, and we hope to collect responses by July 17.

We are primarily seeking responses from business owners, CEOs, and other C-suite leaders.

All responses will remain confidential and will be reported only in aggregate.

Upon completion, participants will receive access to AI-related resources available through the State of Maryland. If you have any questions, please contact innovation.insights@maryland.gov.

Hebron Savings Bank "Rooted on the Shore"

July 13, 2026

At Hebron Savings Bank, being a community bank means investing in the places we call home. We’re excited to launch Rooted on the Shore, a new partnership with We Are Limitless Studios that will transform HSB ATM locations across Maryland’s Eastern Shore into vibrant public art installations celebrating the unique culture, history, and spirit of each community.

Working alongside local residents, organizations, and stakeholders, each mural will tell the story of the town it serves—creating spaces that inspire community pride, support local tourism, and showcase the people and traditions that make the Shore special.

We can’t wait to share more as the first installations begin rolling out this summer!

River Fest combines several exciting riverfront activities into one signature summer celebration. Attendees can enjoy:

  • Anchor Toss Competition
  • Professional Cornhole Tournament

  • Cash Awards, Medals, and Prizes

Whether you're racing for bragging rights, competing for medals and cash prizes, or simply enjoying a day along the river, River Fest offers something for everyone. Many of the competitions are open to ages 10 and older, making it a great opportunity for families, youth groups, businesses, churches, scouting organizations, and community teams to participate together.

The Snow Hill Area Chamber of Commerce expects hundreds of attendees throughout the day as the event showcases one of the town's greatest assets: the beautiful Pocomoke River. The festival is designed not only to provide entertainment but also to support local businesses, attract visitors to Snow Hill, and strengthen community connections.

"We wanted to create an event that celebrates the river while bringing together residents, visitors, businesses, and organizations for a day of fun and friendly competition," said Mandy Gladden, Executive Director of the Snow Hill Area Chamber of Commerce. "River Fest will be unlike anything else on the Eastern Shore and we are excited to welcome everyone to Snow Hill."
