Summer Sweat Challenge

July 7th - August 1st


Details: Join us during the month of July as we sweat it out in our group exercise classes. From heart-pumping cardio to muscle-toning strength sessions, we’ve got everything you need to make this summer your fittest yet! Check out the schedule below.


How it works: Every time you attend a Fitness at SPS group fitness class, you’ll earn an entry into our Summer Sweat Raffle, bringing you one step closer to winning an amazing prize that will make your summer even hotter!


Prizes:

  • Blackstone 22" Tabletop Griddle
  • Inflatable Paddleboard (accessories included)
  • 2 rounds of golf (18 holes) at Edinburgh Golf Course (cart included)

JULY GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE

We’re taking fitness outside this summer! For the first time ever, a selection of our classes will be held on the Turf Club, so you can enjoy your workouts with some sunshine and fresh air.

  • Classes will be held outdoors, weather permitting
  • After dropping your things off in the locker room, please grab a mat before heading outside
  • For weather updates and equipment notices, be sure to check the whiteboard located in the group fitness studio prior to class

Feeling tight or tense from sitting at your desk? Take a break that your body will thank you for! Whether you’re at home or in the office, these 10-minute, guided sessions are perfect for relieving tension and improving your mental health. No equipment is needed, just log on and take a break!

The SPS Tower Putting Green is open all summer! Swing by for a quick break, some fresh air, and a lot of fun.


Check out a putter and a ball at the fitness center front desk:

  • Monday-Thursday: 6AM - 6PM
  • Friday: 6AM - 2PM
  • If the fitness center office is closed, staff are unavailable, or you’d like to check out a putter outside of the listed hours, please visit the security desk located on the skyway level.


For group use or office events, please email Amelia (azmuda@advantagehealth.com) in advance to coordinate putter checkout.
