Taking the stage for the first time in nearly five years, West Virginia's premier car show is excited to welcome the Mountain State's very own, Taylor Made, to the
Friends of Coal Auto Fair stage July 21.
Hailing from Grafton, W.Va., Taylor Made is comprised of siblings Wendy Williams, Greg Duckworth and Brian Duckworth. The group was discovered and signed by Dale Morris Productions (DMP). Morris is the Nashville management executive behind Alabama, Kenny Chesney, Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson.
Taylor Made developed a collection of songs that has crowds flocking to their shows. "Heavy Duty Beauty" celebrates the love unique to a man who cherishes his line-dancing woman. "We Used To Have It Made In America" is heartfelt social commentary and "Mamma Take The Hurt Away" is about raw emotion.
Taylor Made has opened for many world-renowned artists including Sugarland, Randy Travis, Charlie Daniels, Heidi Newfield and Randy Owen.
General admission to this year's Friends of Coal Auto Fair is $5. For the first time, concert tickets will not be sold separately. Instead, the $5 general admission will let guests into both the car show and concert.
Seating for Saturday evening's concert is lawn seating, where guests are recommended to bring their own chair or blanket.
Proceeds from the 2018 Friends of Coal Auto Fair benefit Hospice of Southern West Virginia.
