Ride to the beat and push your limits through a mix of fast-paced tracks and classic anthems as we work through three key training blocks: sprint, strength, and power. Sprints challenge you to ride as fast as you can. Strength takes you up heavy-resistance climbs, and power blocks focus on our endurance. Whether you're chasing performance goals or looking for an incredible workout, you'll leave stronger, fitter, and feeling accomplished.

New Body Pump Heavy Classes with Lee
A Les Mills strength program that transitions from high-rep endurance training to slow, progressive overload weightlifting. It combines traditional group fitness energy with slow tempos and longer recoveries, enabling you to lift substantially heavier weights and build raw muscle strength.

Go Learn is open to secondary school aged students from serving Royal Navy, Royal Marines and Royal Fleet Auxiliary families.
