PTACs are Super Sleuthers!
  • There are only two Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Third Party Assessor Organizations (C3PAO): Redspin and Kratos. Eventually, nearly all Defense contractors and subcontractors will need to be certified CMMC so many more assessors will be coming online soon. In the meantime, watch out for imposters. The ONLY place to verify if you are using an authorized assessor is at the CMMC Accreditation Body marketplace website.
  • Washington State Dept of Commerce is offering ScaleUp Business Training to established Washington Businesses. Click here to learn more about this training to help you increase your firm’s capacity and build a more profitable business. The next cohorts start July 7 and 8.
  • A proposed new regulation would enhance the use of Hubzone certified firms for purchases under $250,000. Comments on the Federal Register are due August 13.
