Animal Services Officer Makes a Surprise Visit
Animal Services Officer, Krystle Judish, was contacted by a mother in Anatolia who shared that her 9-year old daughter was interested in fostering a dog and made a 7-page presentation to show her mom that she was ready for the responsibility. City Staff Visits Businesses to Expand Outdoor Dining
Recently, city staff visited Rancho Cordova restaurants and breweries to help them quickly expand their outdoor dining areas. These expansions will help businesses remain open in light of the current Public Health Order, which prohibits indoor dining. Learn more.

Lincoln Village Neighborhood Monument Sign Complete
It Takes a Lincoln Village (ITLV) neighborhood association was awarded a Community Enhancement Fund (CEF) grant for the design and construction of a neighborhood monument, which was installed on Wednesday, July 8. Learn more.

Highway 50 and Zinfandel Drive Interchange Improvements
Construction at Highway 50 and Zinfandel Drive is nearly complete. This project adds an additional lane on Zinfandel Drive over Highway 50, modifies the highway entrance and exit ramps, adds bicycle lanes, modifies traffic signals and includes landscaping and fencing. Learn more.
Folsom Boulevard Beautification and Enhancement Project
The final phase of the Folsom Boulevard Beautification and Enhancement Project continues. This phase will add improved sidewalks, landscaping and safety features along Folsom Boulevard from Bradshaw Road to Horn Road and Kilgore Road to Sunrise Boulevard. Learn more.
Sunrise Boulevard Rehabilitation Project
The Sunrise Boulevard Rehabilitation Project is now underway. This project will rehabilitate Sunrise Boulevard and will add new pavement and streetlights, landscaped medians, widened sidewalks, bike lanes and signal upgrades.   Learn more.
