Animal Services Officer, Krystle Judish, was contacted by a mother in Anatolia who shared that her 9-year old daughter was interested in fostering a dog and made a 7-page presentation to show her mom that she was ready for the responsibility. Krystle was so touched by Abigail's determination, she decided to make a surprise visit.

City Staff Visits Businesses to Expand Outdoor Dining
Recently, city staff visited Rancho Cordova restaurants and breweries to help them quickly expand their outdoor dining areas. These expansions will help businesses remain open in light of the current Public Health Order, which prohibits indoor dining.

Highway 50 and Zinfandel Drive Interchange Improvements
Construction at Highway 50 and Zinfandel Drive is nearly complete. This project adds an additional lane on Zinfandel Drive over Highway 50, modifies the highway entrance and exit ramps, adds bicycle lanes, modifies traffic signals and includes
landscaping and fencing.

Folsom Boulevard Beautification and Enhancement Project
The final phase of the Folsom Boulevard Beautification and Enhancement Project continues. This phase will add improved sidewalks, landscaping and safety features along Folsom Boulevard from Bradshaw Road to Horn Road and Kilgore Road to Sunrise Boulevard.
