This is an all levels - all bodies - all ages class as a variety of weights are provided (2lb - 20 lb options). Go at your pace. IT IS NOT YOGA.
No high impact. No Cardio. Focus on strength building & core along with muscle endurance.
Each week will be different format with stations, group weights, TRX, stability balls & strong focus on that upper body & core giving those legs a break.
Bring yoga mats, SNEAKERS and water.
