  • International Self-Care Day: July 24 
  • National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month

These days/months aim to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and support individuals from minority communities who may face unique challenges. 

New Youth Organization Input Session July 15


The Lyons Township Mental Health Commission is working towards opening a new youth organization to provide programs and services for the children and young people of the Township of Lyons. Please join us and weigh in on what you believe are the most critical needs that youth are facing and how this organization can serve them best.

School Supply Drive Benefiting Children In Need

June 27th Summer Sunshine Round-up Rodeo Picnic in Summit!


The Commission along with the Park Districts of Bedford Park, Bridgeview, Justice and Summit held a picnic to connect with residents. Line dancing and gardening were a part of the afternoon.
