Hello Volunteers,

I hope this finds you well. This month at Christ House, we have been glad to introduce interns Estela and Santiago to our team, who have been gathering some of our patients' stories and leading activities such as art class, board games, and Jeopardy!

We are also grateful to our Ambassadors, who hosted a Wii Sports game night with our patients! Below, you can see us knocking down some candle pins in Wii Bowling.

Volunteer at the Nurse Station!

During the school year, students interested in the medical profession often fill our volunteer shifts at the Nurse station, but the desk has been empty more often in recent weeks. Now is your chance to help out the medical staff at Christ House! Contact us or see opportunities on VolunteerHub to sign up.

Compassion in Action Virtual 5k

Last year, Christ House community members came together virtually to walk, bike, and run in support of our mission. We succeeded in raising over $12,000! This year, we invite you to register for the Compassion in Action 5k to be held on August 19-21, 2022. T-shirts and prizes will be available for participants. Click here for details!

Art House is one among many activities that patients can participate in while they recover from acute medical conditions at Christ House.
