"When we announced Drift Night in 2018, we were amazed by the interest we had all over the country! Thousands of racers loved throwing our transformed drift karts sideways into a turn and mastering the art of the drift. And now, Drift Night is back for it’s SIXTH year at K1 Speed!
The cost for Drift Night is the same as our regular Arrive & Drive racing which means if you have races stored on your account, you can use those credits towards this monthly event."
Remaining Drift Night Dates: 5 p.m. to close!

A friendly reminder, you are allowed the park on the streets, but we do encourage residents to park in their driveway if possible. This will help with accidents, clear the line on sight for drivers and pedestrians and improve the flow of traffic.
The HOA generally cannot regulate parking on public streets. A public street is defined as any road that is owned and maintained by the government and is open for public use.
