Are you Ready to Partner with the Wellsville Chamber?

It's that time of year! Our Chamber year runs from August 1st through July 31st. Please fill out the form below and send to the Wellsville Chamber at PO Box 472 in Wellsville or drop the form by Landmark National Bank in Wellsville. We'd love for you to join us this next Chamber year!

Join us for our next Monthly Chamber of Commerce Meeting -

WHEN - Tuesday, August 12th at 12PM - Lunch at 11:30AM provided by the Franklin County Development Council

WHERE - Wellsville Health and Rehab conference room

WHY - To stay up-to-date on all the Wellsville Chamber is doing for businesses in our town and be an active participant in making decisions that affect all we have going on!

Chamber Host / Showcase Your Business

If you would like to showcase your business by hosting a Chamber Coffee or Chamber meeting and/or luncheon at your location, please let us know. This is a great way to familiarize other business owners with the tools and resources you have to offer the community and show off your physical space. Or you can cater the lunch and hold it at the Wellsville City Library or Wellsville Health and Rehab has also offer their space and can cater on site.

Wellsville Chamber Chat -

Pleasant Ridge -

The marketing program for our Platinum Chamber members this year is called the Wellsville Chamber Chat. Chamber President, Jackson Dwyer, visits with each Platinum Chamber member wanting to participate to ask a few questions about their business experience in Wellsville.

To learn more about Pleasant Ridge, you can visit their website at https://www.pleasantridge.com/ or call (785) 878-3793.

This video will reside on the Wellsville Chamber website (click below).

Wellsville Chamber Sign Program

If you would like to advertise to the thousands of cars passing by our billboard on Highway 33 each day, we can help produce and display a banner designed just for your business. This Chamber sign is especially important to your business if you are a business located somewhere other than on 33 highway. Many people who live outside Wellsville or are coming off the highway to stop at Bert's or Casey's don't know what other businesses Wellsville has to offer. They might make it a point to use your services each time they are in town if they only knew where you were!

We have filled all our spots through 9/1/25! Thank you all for your support!

Monthly FCDC Review:

Grant Work -

FCDC has been on point for a federal grant request in excess of $800,000 for safe roads and travel in the county. The federal grants require a 20% match, so we have also applied to the state of Kansas for the matching funds if awarded by the federal agency.

This grant includes funding for consulting to develop a strategic plan for safe roads and travel across the entire county. In addition, it includes “demonstration” funds to test solutions before including in the master plan. Targets for “demonstration” funding are located across the county, within the Ottawa City limits, and the Wellsville City limits.

We worked closely with the county, Ottawa, & Wellsville on this grant request. Our contact at Witt O’Brien, which is provided free of charge to us by the state of Kansas, was integral in getting these two-request submitted. We hope to receive a response from the federal government in October.

We have meetings set with Witt O’Brien and Jeff Welton to discuss funding for bridges across the county.
