The Collaborative Recruiting Program Takes a Step Forward with Company Branded Job Portals
By Fatima Rianchos, HR and Recruiting Intern
|
|
During the last few weeks here at the Council of Industry, I have begun to familiarize myself with many features of the iCIMs recruiting system that powers the Council of Industry Collaborative Recruiting Initiative (CRI). Through trial and error, I have learned how to pull reports, post/repost/close jobs, use the configuration systems, and create branded portals.
This past month, I have been working on creating the branded portals for each CRI subscriber. For the participating firms, the benefits of this new feature are significant. Each portal has a custom link that features only open positions at that company. This link is branded to match the company website. It matches fonts and colors and images making it easy to link it directly to their website and share on social media and on other platforms. Participating companies are essentially getting their own career page, complete with applicant tracking capabilities, for a small fraction of the cost of purchasing one on their own.
All participating firms benefit from collaborating with other participating manufacturers. Joint promotion of jobs, thousands of candidates, in the system, a single place - www.HVMfgJobs.com – for jobseekers to visit and more. The tools and resources of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) make it easy to post jobs and manage candidates.
If you are interested in learning more about The Council of Industry’s Collaborative Recruiting Initiative and/or the branded portals that come with it please email Fatima for a demo.
