August is here, so that means Yard of the Month has a winner! With six votes taking the win, please congratulate the Cole Family on their beautiful yard. We had a total of 33 responses; it was a super close one this month. Thank you to those who participated! We have two more months left of Yard of the Month, so get your yard or a neighbor's yard in!

If you won, please refrain from submitting an application for this month. If you did not win, we will roll your application over and you'll be up for votes again. Reminder of the dates below:

August 25: Voting Opens

September 1: Winner Announced

When voting opens, find the link in the newsletter to cast your vote. You will have a week to get your votes in to be counted.

The winner will receive a gift card sponsored by Daniel Tatman with The Doug Erdy Group and you'll get to have a sign in your yard for the full month. Keep a lookout on our social media for a shoutout!

Reminder, to be considered, you MUST submit a photo of your front yard. make sure it is landscape (horizontal) to help your neighbors see the whole yard!
