Holiday Garbage & Recycling Collection
Reminder: Due to the Independence Day holiday, the Friday, July 4, collection will be picked up on Thursday, July 3, 2025.
Garbage is collected once a week on your assigned weekday. Recycling is picked up every other week on the same day, based on your A-week or B-week schedule.

Green Bay Metro to Roll Out Improvements to on Demand Service Next Month | Starting next month, Green Bay Metro will roll out enhanced GBM On Demand services—flexible, real-time public transit using smaller vehicles for convenient, corner-to-corner rides. A new unified Daytime zone offers more freedom to travel anywhere within the area Monday–Saturday. Riders can book via app or phone, and paratransit users can access both services through the same platform. | | | | |
Ashwaubenon Comprehensive Plan Update Nears Completion
After a year and a half of work with the Ashwaubenon Planning Commission, the process to update the 2016 Ashwaubenon Comprehensive Plan is nearing completion. This important document, required by state statute to be updated every ten years, outlines goals, objectives, policies, and specific recommendations to guide Ashwaubenon's community development for the next two decades.
All nine draft chapters of the Comprehensive Plan are now available for review on the Village's website. You can find them under the Community Development – Comprehensive Plan Update section, along with a tentative timeline outlining the statutory review process.

Large item collection is scheduled for Monday, July 21. To guarantee pickup, you must submit your request no later than Sunday, July 20. All approved items must be placed at the curb by Monday at 6:00 AM. The Village will not return for items that were not set out on time.

- Enter your information
- Place your items at the curb by 6:00 A.M. on Monday of your scheduled collection week
Submit your request by July 20 for the next collection!
NOTE: Pickup will no longer occur on your regular garbage collection day.

If you need brush pickup in Ashwaubenon, the process is simple. Visit ashwaubenon.gov/brush to submit a request for collection. Our crews work on a four-week (or shorter) cycle to help maintain your property.
